Feeling that its time to renovate and decorate but not sure where to start? Great news! Our famous paint specialist service at paint place now has a design service to add to our list of specialities. With easy options available depending on your project.

Karen is a fully qualified University accredited interior designer. Graduating from griffith University in 1996, Karen has worked in a variety of design related industries over the years contributing to her extensive knowledge in design. Encompassing areas such as interior design, interior architecture, kitchen design, shop fitting, furniture design, domestic interiors and commercial interiors over the past 21 years, Karen is now here to help you with your next design project at Paint Place CQ!

We are very excited to offer our customers the following services;

Design bar - FREE

Our free in-store design bar service with expert advice from our sales team with DIY mood board facilities available, cut out and stick your paint selections and customise your own design file with mood board.

Designer days - FREE

Come and visit me your fully qualified designer - in store on specific pre arranged days for a free meeting to discuss colour options on your project. Rockhampton – every Thursday 9:30 – 11:30

Yeppoon – every Tuesday 9:30 –11:30

Gladstone – first Wednesday of each month 10:30 – 12:30

Designer mood board - $45

Instore paint colour scheme with Karen in store. This includes a complete colour scheme for your project and a bonus 3 x free design shot sample pots. Consultation takes approximately 30-45 minutes.

Spruce it service - $95 p/h

Professional consultation service with Karen either in store or on site. Includes a professionally diagnosed colour scheme and mood board, electronic colour register colour for keeps on record, along with 3 x free design shot sample pots and an in store credit of $50 towards your paint purchase.

Specification service - $65 p/h

Professional building specification of finishes for your project, selections on site or in store for flooring finishes, tiles, cabinetry, joinery and kitchen design.
