Calming and Chic Interiors include the colour green on the wall for a fully painted room or accent room. If that is too confronting for you, adding pops of the colour green in your furnishing pieces such as chairs, sofas, cushions, accessories and plants can also create the same effect.
A neutral colour scheme of white on white or the popular Shades of Grey, paired with green elements can add a touch of natural warmth to an otherwise cool and lacklustre interior adding freshness, softness and interest.
The more intense and moody the colour green you select, the more dramatic and stunning it appears. There are some really beautiful greens around ranging from Deep Irish Green to the lighter grass green colour tones. Haymes have a fabulous range currently on show in their latest brochure, featuring an expertly styled stunning chic front cover you can't miss. It ticks all the previously mentioned boxes, depicting a classic black and white checkerboard floor, green sofa, green cushions, palms and an accent green feature wall.
The use of green when taken outside and used on an entry door can also lift an otherwise standard looking exterior, depending on the exterior colour scheme. If in doubt, always consult an expert to help you create a stunning look for your home, both inside and out.
Be inspired by some of the beautiful interiors below to help persuade you to make the move and add some green to your home, just in time for Spring.
