Spring has Sprung

A change of season, Spring has sprung and with it a gorgeous palette of exciting new release colours by Paint Place.

The essence of the newly released colour collection for the 2016/2017 forecast is muted natural tones, dirty whites in varying base tones from grey whites, blush toned whites, warm whites, to green and blue toned whites, there is an art to selecting the right white - as white is simply not white.

To compliment this fresh array of inspiring whites on offer is a tempting selection of Moody Blues, dark denim blues and moleskin tones to add a dramatic touch.

Blush tones, not pink but a muted selection of neutrals with a blush undertone complimented by some calming greys.

Natural Stone / Wilderness palette projects the urban warehouse look with warm latte, stone colours with muted tan and charcoal tones.

Modern Scandi with elements of natural light timbers accented with muted, and paired down avocado, olive greens with smoky greys and accents of copper.

Feature walls are in to compliment the natural tones, when colour us used in the correct tonal range as your base colour it adds drama to a bedroom area when applying the colour to the bedhead wall which is generally the first wall you see when entering the room. Again a feature wall facing your main entry point to your home will work well with the new release colour selections.
