Terms and Conditions - Free Colour Consult

1. In these Terms and Conditons: “free colour consult” means a consultation, whereby a customer is entitled to free professional advice on colour schemes relating to the painting of the interior or exterior of a dwelling.

2. Bookings for the free colour consult can be made either in a Paint Place CQ store or on-line via the booking portal at paintplacecq.com.au.

3. After making the booking request, customers will be contacted by phone within 48 hours to arrange an appointment for the free colour consult. If the booking request is made over the weekend, customers will be contacted within 48 hours of the first business day after the weekend.

4. The free colour consult appointments are subject to availability between 1 September 2016 and 31 December 2016 and may take place either in a Paint Place CQ Store, or in the home of the customer. The location will be agreed with the customer at the time of the booking and is at the discretion of the promoter.

5. The free colour consults will be conducted by a qualified interior designer, or a Paint Place colour expert, with minimum 5 years’ experience in colour scheming.

6. The duration of the free colour consult will be a minimum of 30 minutes. Any additional time will be at the discretion of the promoter.

7. The free colour consults are subject to customers joining the Yes Club, a free membership programme managed by Paint Place CQ. Upon acceptance to the Yes Club Program, each Member accepts and agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditons for Yes Club membership and any variations made to them from time to time.

8. The Promoter is Paint Place CQ Pty Ltd. PO Box 3137 Redhill Q. 4701, phone 07 4924 7200. Paint Place CQ is a member of the Paint Place Group of Stores. However, the promotion of the Free Colour Consult Program is exclusive to the Paint Place CQ store network and not the broader Paint Place Group of stores. Paint Place CQ stores include:

   • Paint Place Yeppoon, 9 James Street, Yeppoon, Qld 4703

   • Paint Place Emerald, 5 Hospital Road Emerald, Qld 4720

     Requests for the Free Colour consult service can be made either within one of the Paint Place CQ Stores, or via the online booking form.  

9. The free colour consult promotion is valid to 31 December 2016
